Here’s a simple recipe for making oat flour. It will save you $8.00 or more depending on how often you cook with oat flour.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup gluten free oats

Instructions

  1. Pour the cup of oats into your blender.
  2. Put the lid on the blender.
  3. Pulse the oats, gently allowing them to evenly grind down to a flour consistency. For me this takes about 10 pulses, and a little shaking of the blender to make sure no oats get stuck to the side.
  4. It's as easy as that! Your oat flour is ready.
  5. Keep your oat flour in a storage container with an airtight lid.
