This is for sure the greatest chicken nugget recipe to ever be created. At least according to my boys. I’ve made chicken nugget recipes before but never really came across anything worth making a second time. My kids have come along way since 2013 when we changed our diets. They used to oodle and awe over McDonald’s and Burger King whenever we drove by one. Okay, so did we.
This new healthy lifestyle is great and all, but sometimes you just crave something from your former life. For us, these chicken nuggets bring that fondness back, without the bad ingredients and bloated feeling after a meal.
One thing I’ll stress about these is that it matters what kind of pan you use. If you use a cast iron pan, you may find the need to add more oil between batches, simply because the pan itself is absorbing oil too.
