Our meal plans consist of the items listed below. While this plan is for 2 weeks, we encourage you to extend the program. Our plans are made for sustainability, not a lose weight quick scheme.
When you continue to the 5 week or 12 week program, we will help you add other foods back in. From there we will build you a sustainable plan of foods and meals that keep you strong and healthy!

The Work Outs
Our certified fitness coach Katie creates all of our amazing work outs plus tutorial How-To’s! You will receive printable workouts as well as the videos, allowing you to workout at home or a gym. You can even grab a friend and go workout at the nearest park!
All of Katie’s workouts are programed at the easiest level, with modifications to increase in each one as you get stronger.
