“I Can Do This” is designed to set you up for success. In this program, you’ll be focusing on multiple levels of health. We will help you track your sleep, skin/complexion, energy levels, weight and measurements. You will find that by eating real food, your entire health will improve!

5 WEEKS INCLUDES

    1. List of Approved Recipes. Don’t have time to plan your meals? We give you five weeks of meal plans including breakfast, snacks, lunch, dinner and desserts!

    2. Meal Plans. We include the meals and the portions for each day to help you succeed.

    3. Grocery Lists. Your grocery list is already done! We offer printable grocery lists and an Amazon list to make life easier.

    4. .”I Can Do This” Booklet. Journal your goals and hopes to better track your progress.

    5. A Sample Box. For example: Samples like olive oil, almond flour, ghee, and measuring tape may be included.

    6. Knowing Someone Has Your Back. We offer a great support system! Katie, Alicia and Mandi are here to help. They will check in with you via email weekly!

    7. Scheduled One-On-One Coaching Sessions to get you to your goals. Pick which coach you’d like to meet with and we’ll schedule a 15 minute coaching session just for you!

Bonus Feature: The 5 week program adds in two more coaching sessions! That’s three 15 minute sessions with a coach of your choice. The 2 week program only offers 1 session.

Our certified fitness coach Katie creates all of our amazing work outs plus tutorial How-To’s! You will receive printable workouts as well as the videos, allowing you to workout at home or a gym. You can even grab a friend and go workout at the nearest park!

All of Katie’s workouts are programed at the easiest level, with modifications to increase in each one as you get stronger.
