Today was like a circus show and I debuted as the acrobat trying to balance the tight rope while things were thrown at me. Some of the things thrown were good while some, well, some literally involved feces, just not that of a monkey 🙊
These are my go to for entertaining or a fast breakfast. Whether I have a friend stopping by, kids coming over for a play date, or a meeting scheduled. These muffins are quick and easy, and oh so tasty!
We all have our days, but I’ve found that while raising young children those days seem to line up all together as opposed to being sporadically dispersed throughout life. Usually it’s not a big thing, just a million little things that add up as the day goes on. I hope you can relate, or at least get a laugh out of my daily routine. Honestly my days are usually more chaotic than this, I’m just dishing out the basics.
You need these in your life. Fireworks, puppies, rainbows, nothing will look the same after you’ve had these. No bragging, just truth.
This is a basic paleo mayonnaise. There’s not a lot to it, but you do need to make sure you follow the directions!
These cookies make me want to cry. Partly because they took so freakin’ long to figure out and partly because I love them and am emotionally attached to them. Three months ago I decided to make the best chocolate chip oatmeal cookies ever.
On these conditions:
- They must be chewy in the middle and crunchy on the outside.
- Absolutely no fake ingredients (i.e. processed junk).
- Everyone must love them. Including my kids, husband, friends, youth group, and general strangers who don’t know they are about to eat a super healthy cookie.
