Ultimate Membership Development Version

Welcome to our Ultimate Membership! Here you’ll find everything you need for the next twelve weeks. We love our clients and always give you more than enough material. As you go through the menu, notice that there are TONS of recipes!! Pick your favorites and stick to those. Unless you are feeding a family of 8, these meals will make enough for left overs or second dinners.

FIRST

Click the link below to schedule your coaching session. Sessions can be made with either Mandi, Alisha or Katie. Get to know more about our coaches here.

SECOND

Read through the 2 weeks of menus and portions. If you have any questions, email us or ask us directly during your coaching session. You can email us at the.sweetest.lemonade@gmail.com. All of our recipes are in red and linked back to Sweetest Lemonade for ease of use. If a recipe is green, it’s a secret recipe that has a link to it for members only. Any other food items in black either don’t have to be cooked or don’t need any instruction.

THIRD

Take a look at the workout videos! Be sure you watch the tutorial on equipment so you are prepared to start the week strong. Katie has programmed some amazing workouts designed for anyone. Watch her tutorial on how often she suggests working out to get the best results possible.

FOURTH

Go shopping! Print or download your Week 1 grocery list. You can also easily order through Amazon or Thrive Market. This can save you time and even money depending on the specialty stores near you. Keep in mind, these lists are designed for those creating every recipe on the menu for each week. If you take a recipe out, remove the ingredients accordingly on the grocery list.

FINALLY

Have fun! This program is called “I Can DO This” for a reason. It is easy and sustainable. Our goal is to see you succeed in every aspect of health. That’s why we send you the booklet to track your goals and a sample box of products! It is also why we offer long-term memberships.
